I studied advertising. I worked in that world for a few years. I worked in pastry for a while. Then I worked on some web projects. And then onto toy packaging design for two years. After spending some time as the creative director for a fitness and nutrition company focused on teaching kids, I got to get back to Colorado! Now I spend my days working on branding, graphic design and product creation for a company that makes all kinds of stuff for dogs.

I love clean and simple design. I love reasons for choices in design. In my head, few things can surpass a well-done logo. It’s the handshake of branding.

I am passionate about brands and what they can be. How do each of us interact with brands on a daily basis, realizing it or not? And how does that brand affect us? From the client’s point of view, what does the brand tell the world? I would like to spend my career helping clients realize what their brand is, how the consumer understands it, and how I can help them take it to the place they want to be.

I’m into my family, whiskey, motorcycles, home improvement, food, drawing, baking, outdoor sports, outdoor sitting, cigars, and all other things that slow my life down.
